How can you benefit from having a Buyer’s Agent Representative?

There are many benefits associated with working with a Buyer’s Agent. It is the Buyer’s Agent’s obligation to work in the best interest of the client, and to fulfill their fiduciary obligations. It’s important to me however, that my relationships with my clients go above and beyond fiduciary obligations. I want you to be thrilled about your home purchase, and I’ll make it my priority to put your needs first.

By using a me as a buyer’s agent you will receive top-notch service and the following benefits:

• You will always be able to contact me for questions and concerns. My clients know that they can get a hold of me by phone day or night, and I always return missed calls promptly.

• Together we will view every home that you are interested in. I can get you quick access to any home on the market, usually within 24 hours. We’ll see as many homes as you want, at a schedule that’s convenient for you.

• I have a great deal of knowledge on local cities and towns, not just in terms of real estate, but also schools, neighborhoods, and current and future local real estate market trends.

• Once you find the home you want to make an offer on, I will help you determine the best price to offer and help you negotiate the deal. Negotiating with sellers can be stressful and overwhelming. I act as a buffer between parties, relieving you from much of the emotional burden. I will help you negotiate the price, terms and conditions of the sale, getting you the best deal possible.

• The home buying process can be confusing, and overwhelming especially for first time home buyers. I will manage the process for you so you don’t have to worry about things such as missing Mortgage Commitment deadlines, and understanding your Purchase & Sale contract.

• You should know absolutely everything about the property you are buying, and I can provide a lot of information before you even put an offer down. Based on my experience, having attended hundreds of home inspections, and my background in home renovations/construction, I can save you costs involved with backing out of an offer by explaining to you possible problems with a home during the initial viewing.

• I will provide insight on how you can add value to a home. I always try to look to the future and encourage you to think about ways you can improve your home in order to improve its marketability in anticipation of your next move.

• Finally, I never require my buyers to compensate my services. Although some Buyer’s Agents charge their clients, in Massachusetts sellers compensate Buyer’s Agents for almost every transaction. Using a Buyer’s Agent only helps you!

Ask me any question about buying a home in Boston, Brookline and Newton. It's my job to help you! There's no obligation, and I promise to respond quickly...

Real Estate Tips
Time to Move >Housing Considerations

The impending arrival of a new baby is an important catalyst for many couples to plan a move. You may need more space or prefer a larger yard or a street with less traffic. Having a baby represents a profound change in life. Your thoughts about housing suddenly begin to include considerations about schools, neighborhood playgrounds, and other families with young children.

If you plan to enlarge your family in the near future, it is a good idea to assess your real estate needs early in the planning stage. If you have a condominium or smaller house which you have to sell in order to buy a new home, talk to us about placing your current home on the market now. It could take a while for it to close, even if we find buyers relatively quickly. Most real estate agents have stories of closing attorneys bringing paperwork to the maternity ward. While this may provide witty repartee for the agent, it is not a lot of fun for the new parents trying to work out the last minute details of a major move when the baby is about to arrive.
